Function

• Administer and maintain Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, user support, dashboards, and workflow optimization.
• Build and maintain Google Looker Studio dashboards for leadership reporting, performance tracking, and operational analytics.
• Develop and manage automation workflows using Zapier or Make to streamline data processes and eliminate manual tasks.
• Manage and query large datasets using Google BigQuery, ensuring structured, accurate, and efficient data pipelines.
• Oversee database structures, perform data cleaning, and ensure consistency across platforms and third-party tools.
• Design data integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.

Description of Assignment

The Data Officer is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization’s data ecosystem with a strong focus on automation, analytics, and system integration. The role oversees data quality, ensures reliable data flows, and supports business units with accurate reporting and insights.
