Manager Administrator

The manager administrator of Poarta Oilor will lead the team on its daily task for the success or receiving camps and christian groups.

Youth For Christ Romania is an interdenominational ministry that wants to reach young people across Romania with the Gospel, together with the local church and other partners, and to disciple them to follow Jesus in all ways. It is composed of 30 staff working in 9 different locations. Poarta
Oilor is its main center, receiving 1000 kids during the Summer camps season, and staff retreats and church conferences during the year.

Staff manager will work closely with the project manager and the office manager. He will work under the Administrator of the campsite, and will have under his authority a cook, a housekeeper, 1 couple helping on different levels, and some volunteers around. He will have to recruit volunteers for the
busy seasons of the center.

The candidate needs to fundraise for his salary (to be negotiated depending on his personal situation).
